Do the original survivors return to Left 4 Dead 2?

The always tireless investigators of the Internetz have discovered some interesting information in the demo of Left 4 Dead 2 which might point on return from some well-known personages.

Seemingly the original personages might return to the consequence across the magic of the DLC (I pay of course). Futures DLC also would be available and Miracle Pack and Apocalypse Pack is two of the names that were doing the autopsy of the demo to themselves.

Yes, Left 4 Dead 2 has many reserved surprises and the zombies hunt never becomes boring when there are new ways of decapitating these bastard poor wretches (not, I do not refer to the executives of Infinity Ward).
